The Workout of the day, or WOD, is carefully designed by a team of professional Strength & Conditioning Coaches, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, and Corrective Exercise Specialists. 

The goal of every WOD is to be a fun, engaging, and safe way to improve upon one or multiple of the 10 fitness domains: SPEED, POWER, STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, STAMINA, BALANCE, COORDINATION, FLEXIBILITY, AGILITY, and ACCURACY. 

We train for a "General Physical Preparedness" (GPP). That means we are training our bodies to be ready for any challenges. ProjectMOVE athletes don't begin a training regimen to prepare for a singular event like a 5k run, obstacle course race, 14'er hike, ski season, or simply to look good. We train to be ready for adventure every day, every week, every month, all year long! So not only will you be confident and ready to attack any challenge, you're going to look and feel amazing!

All workouts are lead by an experienced coach who can guide each athlete to a safe and effective workout. Combine that with an energetic and supportive community and you will achieve results you never thought possible.
