How to get started at ProjectMOVE

Here's how to get started with CrossFit classes at ProjectMOVE.

Step 1 - Schedule a complimentary strategy session

Your first step is to schedule a strategy session. In your strategy session, you'll meet with one of our coaches and tour our gym. We’ll learn more about your specific fitness goals and needs, and you’ll receive a comprehensive movement assessment that tells us the best next step for you.

Step 2 - Sign up for a FREE WEEK and/or get started with the New Member Starter Package

FREE WEEK is right for you if - you have expereince in functional strength & conditioning/ CrossFit style workouts and you just want to expereince ProjectMOVE before you commit to a membership. 

We recommend and HIGHLY encourage ALL new members to ProjectMOVE to make their first month an "Elements" program month. 

Elements Program includes:
- 1 strategy session ($90 value)
- 1 full month of Executive Membership ($199 value)
- 5 private training sessions with ProjectMOVE Coach ($450 value)

Step 3 - Sign up to achieve your best self

When you're ready to make fitness a part of your lifestyle, sign up to become a member of ProjectMOVE by selecting a membership option that is right for you. Our memberships do not have sign up fees or extended monthly contracts. We want to earn your business every month. All we ask is for you to set up a automated EFT and then a 30 day notice should you decide to cancel membership. See all membership options by clicking the Join tab to the right.
