Keep your Clean from Crashing

Does your clean slam into your forearm? Try standing close to a wall, hike pass the bell between your legs, quickly drive your hips up, keep your elbow tight to the body and pull it back slightly, tame the arc of the kettlebell by keeping it close to the midline of your body, relax your grip and bring the bell gently to the rack position.

Standing close to a wall will force you to keep the kettlebell clean tight to the body, so it doesn't swing out and crash down on your forearm.

Initiate the back swing by externally rotating your thumb, let the bell drop, push it back between your legs and then repeat.
