The Kettlebell Project - Snatch Corrective

Does your snatch crash into your forearm leaving you bruised and battered? Try this simple snatch corrective to fix the problem. Stand in front of a wall, hike pass the kettlebell between your legs, drive your hips up, keep your elbow tight to your body, guide the bell up to keep it from hitting the wall, punch your hand up to the sky as the bell goes over your head, lock out your wrist and elbow, keeping your shoulder down, flip bell over, let it drop, pull elbow back to your side, push the bell back between your legs and repeat.
