1. Front Squats: 5 x 2. All reps with a 3 sec pause at bottom. Adding. (13 mins)

 

2. Every 30 sec for 6 mins: 1 Squat Clean @ 70%. Think Speed!!!

 

3. 7min AMRAP Of:

7 Unbroken Power Cleans (155/105). Must be unbroken! If you let the bar go during a set, you must start again from 0!!!
